SunLIKE™ V48 Vdc lighting systems are intrinsically safe, besides being very simple to install. A qualified electrician is only required for mains power connection to the drivers etc.
All in-shed components are IP67 waterproof-globes, connections, cables, drivers, etc. The cable even resists direct flame heat!
SunLIKE™ system components are all manufactured from materials chosen for purpose & longevity. The cables are silicone-impregnated; the globes are tough PC, etc. Repeated, rigorous chemical cleaning can be carried out with confidence.
SunLIKE™ 9W globes (& 4W/6W tubes) are high lumen output and very energy efficient. To provide RSPCA-approved light levels in a poultry shed can cost as little as 11c/m2/day in electricity
A SunLIKE™ Lighting system is operationally warranteed for 3 years- and the globes are expected to last >10 years. Any component failure within 3 years will be replaced at no charge.
- Low voltage 48Vdc 9W LED bulbs with QC 19 lamp holder. Very simple and quick replacement
- Extremely tough polycarbonate (PC) bulb housing: resistant to general cleaning chemicals
- Multi-chip design (60+ chips in each PCB board), means there is very little chance of light-loss due to individual chip failure.
Compensating colour chips are added in the Full-Spectrum versions.
